?The Wellness Coach goes beyond personal trainers in order to focus not just on exercise, but the entire concept and application of wellness lifestyles.?Wellness Coaches help clients eat more nutritiously, stop smoking, limit alcohol, manage stress and find appropriate physical exercise activities.

The Patient Advocate
?The patient advocate helps people navigate through the health care system. They will help make sure a patient?s insurance company is correctly processing claims and that they pay out on claims in a timely manner? or they may help advocate for the patient ?to have a consultant hired directly by that patient for specialization treatments. They also may be employees of hospitals and insurance companies who will advocate similarly.

Fitness Nurse
?The fitness nurse will work with patients recovering from surgery or dealing with illness. Their job is to help restore strength through nutrition and exercise. This includes holistic nurses who may work in hospitals, in doctors? offices or wellness centers.
